This 4-part peer-workforce training series introduces the basic skills a growing RCO needs. Each 1-hour training will help build a stable and robust peer workforce. The series includes introductions to Compassion Fatigue, Ethics & Boundaries, Group Facilitation Skills, and Motivational Interviewing. (1 hour training.)
